5 minute abdominal workout
We all have those ‘I can’t be stuffed’ moments when it comes to exercise! It’s easier to sit on the lounge or keep ‘busy’ doing something else. Sometimes all it takes is to ‘show up’ and get 5 minutes done. You may or may not feel like doing more but 5 minutes will be better than nothing.
These abdominal exercises are best performed by those who have some underlying abdominal strength and need a bit of a change to their workout.
