5 minute cardio workout
Feeling ‘blah’? Sometimes getting your heart rate up with a little exercise can be enough to make you get a spike of ‘feel good’ hormones to get you through the rest of your day. This short workout is easy to do in 5 minutes. It may push some of you to increase your heart rate a little further than normal, so always make sure you get your doctor’s okay to exercise first. For the fitter reader, you may just find this a great ‘pick-me-up’ during a lunch break.
