5 minute full body workout
You can do this workout at home. Sometimes time is really lacking and even getting to the gym is going to take up precious minutes you don’t have. If you can get an effective workout at home, or close to home, then that’s great time saved. When I’m stretched for time I make sure I stick to an effective 20-30 minute workout. If energy is lacking I can do 2 or 3 of these 5 minute full body workouts and then finish with a walk and stretch. If I don’t overdo it on those days then I know I will have a bit more energy the next day to get back into my full routine!
