Rose is a physiotherapist who became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor over 22 years ago. Since then she has become one of Australia’s leading fitness experts teaching, writing and developing the courses for organisations that actually run personal training courses. Author of two textbooks for fitness professionals, Rose was contracted to update the standards for personal training courses, which are due to be released early 2015. Rose has been a driving force ‘behind the scenes’ in fitness as a writer and course developer for the past 15 years, using years of ‘hand-on’ experience in the fitness industry to ‘train the trainers’.
As a mum of three fit kids, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a granddaughter, a friend and business owner, Rose knows too well the pressures of daily life for working mums. She gets daily questions from mums who want to know how they can ‘have it all’ and ‘how she finds the time to train and make healthy meals for the family’. There are no secrets. It’s a lot of damn hard work (and thanks to the support of a great husband). But that’s how this website has evolved. Rose is definitely an A-type personality! Organised and passionate about empowering women to be the best they can be.
