Coconut & Berry Smoothie

I absolutely LOVE this smoothie. If I haven’t got time to make it I make sure I buy one with all the same ingredients! This smoothie is brimming with so much goodness you will literally be bursting with energy! It’s a great breakfast option, especially when you are in a hurry. Packed with antioxidants to keep you fighting fit, vitamins, minerals and protein this smoothie also helps to make sure you start the day wide awake – without the caffeine!

Serves: 4-6  Prep: 5 min  Cook:


I’m not strict with quantities – you can play around with quantities to suit you.

  • 1 cup of raspberries (or berries of choice)
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 100mL coconut water
  • 100mL skim milk
  • 1-2 cups of Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of acai powder
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons silvered almonds

Blend in food processor.

You may like to add some Silvered Almonds.

Mix it up as you please!
