Mango Chia Icy Treats
My kids love these Mango Chia Icy treats on a hot Summer day. They are so good for you that I even let them have them for breakfast. You just need to make them in advance to allow time for freezing. Packed with protein, fibre, vitamins and energy! And so yum!
Serves: 4 Prep: 3 min Freeze: overnight
I’m not strict with the quantities – balance it as per your taste preference
- Greek yoghurt
- 2-3 mangos
- Chia seeds
- Shredded coconut
- Coconut water (not too much or it becomes too runny)
Blend ingredients in a food processor and freeze in ice-block containers (I froze mine overnight). Looking pretty good to me! Seriously, it takes 3 minutes to put this together. Yum!
